Fan maintenance can be divided into two types: regular maintenance and daily troubleshooting.

1. Regular maintenance and repair of the fan

Regular maintenance keeps the equipment in optimal condition and extends the life of the fan. The main contents of regular maintenance work are: bolt torque check (including electrical connection) between the fan couplings, lubrication between various transmission parts and various functional tests.

1.1 When the tightening fan is in normal operation, the bolts of each connecting component will run in the combined force of various vibrations for a long time, which is easy to loosen. When the ambient temperature is lower than -5 °C, the torque should be reduced to 80% of the rated torque for tightening, and the temperature should be checked after the temperature is higher than -5 °C. Generally, the tightening inspection of the bolts is arranged in the summer without wind or wind, so as to avoid the high output season of the wind turbine.

1.2 Lubrication system of lubricating fan mainly has two methods: thin oil lubrication (or mineral oil lubrication) and dry oil lubrication (or grease lubrication).

The gearbox and yaw reduction gearbox of the fan are made of thin oil lubrication. The maintenance method is supplemental and sampling test. If the test result indicates that the lubricant can no longer be used, replace it. Dry oil lubrication components include generator bearings, yaw bearings, and yaw teeth. These components are highly susceptible to deterioration due to high operating temperatures, resulting in bearing wear and must be replenished each time for regular maintenance. In addition, the additional dose of the generator bearing must be added according to the required number, not too much, to prevent too much after the squeeze into the motor winding, so that the motor burned out.

The functional tests for regular maintenance mainly include overspeed test, emergency stop test, fixed value test of hydraulic system components, vibration switch test, and twisted cable switch test. It is also possible to perform some routine tests on the extreme limits of the controller.

2, daily troubleshooting maintenance

When the fan is running, some faults must be dealt with on site.

At first glance, it is necessary to carefully observe whether the safety platform and the ladder in the fan are firm, whether the connecting bolt is loose, whether there is any paste in the control cabinet, whether the cable line is displaced, whether the clamping plate is loose, and whether the twisted cable sensor pull ring is worn or broken. Whether the lubrication of the flying tooth is dry and deteriorated, whether the oil position of the yaw gear box, hydraulic oil and gear box is normal, whether the gauge pressure of the hydraulic station is normal, whether there is wear between the rotating part and the rotating part, and whether there is leakage of each oil pipe joint Whether the indication of the filter of the gear oil and the hydraulic oil is in the normal position or the like.

Second, listen to the sound of the discharge in the control cabinet. If there is sound, there may be loose terminals or poor contact. Check it carefully. Listen to the sound during yaw. Is there a dry grinding sound? Listen to the generator. There is no abnormal sound in the bearing, there is no abnormal sound in the gear box, there is no abnormal sound between the brake disc and the brake pad, and the sound of the cutting wind of the blade is normal.
