[Comprehensive] Shizuishan power supply is for the transformation of power equipment and wear protective clothing

On May 6th, in the 110kv transformer substation in Shizuishan Power Supply Company of Ningxia, under the condition of normal electrified operation of the equipment, the operator charged the live parts of the outdoor 19-pillar-pillar porcelain bottle of the A-line circuit breaker, current transformer and isolating switch. One by one, charged electrified PRTV, put on “protective clothing” for substation equipment that is located in a heavily polluted area. In 2015, Shizuishan Corporation took the lead in carrying out charged water rinsing in the entire region. Shizuishan Corporation took a step forward in the field of electrified operation in substations and took the lead in launching PRTV with electric spraying in Ningxia.

Shizuishan City is an industrial city where coal is booming. There are many high-energy-loading and high-pollution enterprises in the chemical and ferro-alloy industries in the area, and the substations are mostly located in the E-class heavy pollution area. With the busbar isolation switch and PRTV TV surface to reach the end of life, if you choose the traditional blackout PRTV spray operation, it will restrict the power supply capacity of the grid, affecting the important and safe users of electricity in the region. The use of live-sprayed PRTV can be used to carry out charged water flushing to remove the dirt that adheres to the surface of the porcelain bottle when the equipment is not powered off. Then within a certain safety distance, the antifouling material is sprayed to increase the anti-fouling ability of the equipment. Water coefficient, the whole process does not have to blackout. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the energized spraying operation, Shizuishan Company organized transportation personnel to seriously inspect the site, conduct salt-tight ash, water quality testing, analyze dangerous points, and formulate detailed operation plans to ensure the smooth operation of this operation.

In the follow-up, Shizuishan Corporation will reserve 8 substations in Fuxiang, Chaohu, Taole, and Danan for project spraying in 2018. It is planned to complete 4 groups of 220 kV circuit breakers and 80 groups of 220 kV disconnectors. 110 kV circuit breaker 8 groups, 110 kV isolation switch 139 groups, in order to ensure the healthy and safe operation of transformer equipment.
