Article 10 of the "Regulations" states that within 90 days from the date of delivery, a serious quality problem occurs, and consumers can choose to return, exchange, or repair. Article 11 points out that within 180 days from the date of delivery of the goods, serious quality problems occur and consumers can choose to exchange or repair.
