A new generation of large-scale ultra-high pressure generating equipment projects passed inspection

On September 7th, the “National Large-scale Large-scale Ultra-high Pressure Generator” for the National Major Scientific Instruments and Equipment Development Project declared by Jilin University was accepted by experts from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Academician Shen Wenqing, deputy director of the Fund Committee, Academician Xie Sishen, Director of the Department of Mathematics and Physics, Deputy Director of the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Pei Peiwen, Director of the Planning Bureau, Meng Xianping, President of Jilin University, Li Yuanyuan, Executive Vice President Zhao Ji, Assistant Principal and Director of the Science and Technology Department, Dong Deming, and relevant departments of the school The person in charge participated in the inspection activities. Zhao Ji introduced the relevant situation of Jilin University.

The project leader, Academician Zou Guangtian, gave a detailed report to the expert group on the project design ideas, overall structure, problems to be overcome, and major technical indicators, and answered questions from the expert group.

After the report, the expert group came to the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials of Jilin University and the construction site of the “New Generation Large Ultra High Pressure Generator” project site for on-the-spot investigation. After careful discussion by the expert group, the project's preliminary preparation work and project design ideas were fully affirmed, and opinions and suggestions were put forward for the future construction of the project. The project successfully passed the on-site inspection of the project.
